Barry Koperberg, general manager of Wings For Aid, presents at the UCA Conference: “Wings for Aid – Humanitarian Cargo Logistics”. Wings For Aid has set the goal to bridge ‘the last mile’ (150km) in humanitarian cargo logistics by the use of UAV’s.
The program is powered by a coalition of businesses, NGO’s and universities. The presentation will focus on two domains, namely (1) medicine distribution in rural Africa and (2) world wide disaster relief. We will share our passion, learning’s, timings and the promising outcome of a related TU Delft design exercise.
