About Hans Heerkens
Hans Heerkens (MSc in Public Administration), obtained his Ph.D. in decision theory; the way in which actors involved in decision process assess the importance of the various aspects of the decision. His research is on decision processes in the aerospace industry. He is the chairman of the Dutch Platform of Unmanned Cargo Aircraft (PUCA), a group of private and public organizations that aims to advance the development of unmanned cargo aircraft in the Netherlands and Europe. Hans is a member of the Scientific Council of research organization Airneth and does consultancy work for organizations like the Ministry of Economic Affairs and TNO.
