The health workers and professional logisticians who are currently managing the public health supply chain are ultimately the end customers of the additional mode of delivery that constitutes drones. The workflow they are currently following, the product flow, the financial flow, and logistic data flow will all be impacted resulting in new processes, SOPs, approvals, etc.
All these operational transactions need to be defined before health products can actually be delivered safely and reliable via drones. The presentation will provide an overview of the system level changes required to integrate drones into an existing delivery system.
