Mark Patrick Collins: Within the next 2-5 years the FAA will develop the safety regulations that will allow large unmanned aircraft systems (LUAS) to operate with other manned aircraft in the U.S. It is my goal to work with the FAA and industry to develop the infrastructure, technical know-how, and establish the customer base to operate large unmanned cargo aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS).
